You agree not to rely on caniscan for medical decisions and to consult a licensed veterinarian for any health concern about your animal. In an emergency, contact your veterinarian immediately.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or upload content you do not have the right to submit.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Plans renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current period. Taxes are handled by the Merchant of Record where applicable.
